Delivery Schedule
We will attempt to process your order the next business day after your order is placed. We will normally ship your order to you up to 1 week after order entry via UPS 3 day shipping service. International orders ship via UPS or DHL Express Services. Tracking numbers are sent via email after shipment.

Florida Sales Tax Charges
For orders made from within Florida, a 6.5% sales tax will be applied. All other US based orders are tax free. International orders may require duties to be paid in your country for importation.

Money Back Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Both HairMax LaserCombs (Premium and SE) can be returned within 20 weeks (5 months) less a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. This money back guarantee is effective from the date of delivery. You will be required to pay for the return shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee (stated above). Please note that only orders placed directly through Lexington International are eligible for the money back guarantee. User Satisfaction is very high. Warranty 
The HairMax LaserComb Premium is warranted for 2 years and the HairMax LaserComb SE is warranted for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship from Lexington Int LLC. Lexington may extend this warranty period under certain conditions. For complete warranty terms please refer to the 'User Manual'.

Return Policy 
Call Lexington International LLC customer support at 1 (561) 417 0200. Our support representative will give you a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the product. You may not return a product without an RMA number. The product will only be accepted as a return, if it is in as-new working condition. Lexington International LLC will provide credit to either your credit card or via check. Ship the product with the RMA number with insurance and a tracking number to the address above.

Governing Law 
This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida applicable to agreements negotiated, executed and performed wholly and solely within the State of Florida. The parties agree that the State of Florida's conflicts of laws rules shall not apply to this Agreement or any transaction performed by or under this Agreement. All sales are made Point of Sales Boca Raton, FL and sold FOB Boca Raton.

Jurisdiction and Venue 
The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Florida state courts in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, U.S.A. and the Federal Courts in and for the Southern District of Florida, U.S.A. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
