How do I register for my warranty?
All Hairmax® devices purchased through Lexington International or from an authorized seller include a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty is based off the serial # found on the device. Therefore, it is not necessary to register your warranty. For warranty questions or concerns, please contact a customer support specialist between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday, at 561-417-0200 or toll free 866-527-3726.
I would like to send my Hairmax® laser device back for a refund. Where do I send it to and how long does the refund take?
If you purchased directly through Lexington International or one of our authorized sellers, we offer a 6-month money back guarantee on our LaserComb, LaserBand and Laser Cap Devices. Prior to returning, please call us to speak with an experienced customer support representative, toll free 866-527-3726 or 561-417-0200. Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. When returning your Hairmax® laser device, please include the RMA # (given to you by a Lexington representative) on the front of the package. Ship Returns to: Lexington International, 1040 Holland Dr., Suite #1, Boca Raton, FL 33487. When shipping your Hairmax® laser device, it is a good idea to obtain a tracking # from the courier service for your records. This will allow you to see when your package was received by Lexington International. Once returned, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the issuance of a refund.
May I return my Hairmax® laser device outside of the money back guarantee period?
Once outside of the 6-month period, you may no longer return the device. The 6-month money back guarantee is effective from the date of original purchase.
May I return the Hairmax® hair care products if I am not satisfied?
Density Hair Care & Supplements: Full Money Back Guarantee within 45 days of purchase. Refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of unused portion of hair care products. If purchased through our special bundle offer, in the event of return of the Laser Device, you may keep the HairMax® hair care products as our gift to you.
Do you provide a warranty on the Hairmax® laser devices?
We strive to provide the highest quality in the manufacturing of our Hairmax® laser devices. The devices come with a 1-year limited warranty. If your Hairmax® device is not functioning properly, you may need to send it back to be repaired or replaced by our warranty department. If the Hairmax® device is still within the 1-year warranty time period, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the device is outside the warranty period, please contact a Hairmax® representative for further assistance (between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday, at 561-417-0200 or toll free 866-527-3726).
