Hairmax Satisfaction Guarantee

At Lexington International, LLC d/b/a Hairmax (“Hairmax”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Hairmax product you purchased directly from Hairmax or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for the specified period of time listed below (“Guarantee”).

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, prior to returning your product, please call us to speak with an experienced customer support representative, toll free 866-527-3726 or 561-417-0200. Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase or provide other information to assist Hairmax in processing your request.  When returning your product, please include the RMA # (given to you by a Hairmax representative) on the front of the package.

Ship Returns to: Lexington International, 1040 Holland Dr., Suite #1, Boca Raton, FL 33487. When shipping your product, it is a good idea to obtain a tracking # from the courier service for your records. This will allow you to see when your package was received by Hairmax. Once returned, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the issuance of your refund.

You must submit your Guarantee request within the period of time specified below from the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product back to us.

Guarantee Guidelines

Hairmax reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require that you return the product at issue to Hairmax at your cost, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Hairmax concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Hairmax may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
