  • You earn points on qualifying purchases and by completing actions like leaving a review, referring a friend and following Hairmax on social.

  • Redeem points for discounts, free gifts and members-only perks. Rewards are valid on Hair Care, Supplements and Accessories.

  • Sign in, then open this Rewards page. Your live points balance and current VIP tier show at the top once you are logged in.

  • Check the terms in your account. If points have an expiry window, we will remind you before they lapse.

  • As you engage you move up membership tiers, each unlocking better perks. Your current tier shows on this page when you are signed in.

  • Share your personal referral link. When your friend places their first qualifying order of $75 or more, you both get rewarded.
