Warranty:
We strive to provide the highest quality in the manufacturing of our laser devices. The devices come with a 1-year limited warranty. If your Hairmax® device is not functioning properly, you may need to send it back to be repaired or replaced by our warranty department.
If your Hairmax® device is within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the device is outside the warranty period, please contact a Hairmax representative for assistance.

Before returning your device for repair, please contact our customer support team for troubleshooting with the device, power cord, and cradle available.

Warranty Registration:
All Hairmax® devices purchased through Hairmax International or an authorized seller include a 1-year limited warranty. Warranty coverage is based on the serial number located on the device.

Out of warranty devices:
Once a device is out of warranty, Hairmax can continue to service it through our Out-of-Warranty Program. To begin, please contact our support team at 561-417-0200 to create a service case.
Once the case is established, the device must be sent to our corporate headquarters for a complete evaluation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt, our engineers will assess the device and determine whether it is repairable. If the device is eligible for repair, the following fees will apply:
Domestic Repair Fees:

Laser Bands: $120
Laser Caps & Helmet: $150
International Repair Fees:
Laser Combs & Bands: $165
Laser Caps & Helmet: $200
All U.S. and international customers are responsible for shipping the device to the corporate office in the United States at their own expense.

Products purchased through authorized retailers, distributors, or third-party marketplaces (including Amazon) are subject to the return policies of the original place of purchase and are not eligible for the Hairmax money-back guarantee.
Shipping and handling fees on orders placed are non-refundable.You will be required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization and pay for the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. When returning your Hairmax® laser device, please include the RMA # (given to you by a Hairmax representative) on the front of the package.
Ship Returns to: Hairmax International, 1040 Holland Dr.,Suite #1, Boca Raton, FL 33487. When shipping your Hairmax® laser device, it is a good idea to obtain a tracking # from the courier service for your records. This will allow you to see when your package was received by Hairmax International.
Once returned, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the issuance of a refund. Once outside of the 6-month period, you may no longer return the device.
The 6-month money back guarantee is effective from the date of original purchase. Hairmax reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require that you return the product at issue to Hairmax at your cost, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Hairmax concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Hairmax may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
Hairmax Hair Care & Supplements: Density Hair Care & Supplements: Full Money Back Guarantee within 30 days of purchase. Refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of unused portion of hair care products. If purchased through our special bundle offer, in the event of return of the Laser Device, you may keep the Hairmax® hair care products as our gift to you.
